The Site is a gallery promoting AI-generated adult artwork and videos. All characters and people depicted are fictional adults (18+) generated with artificial intelligence tools and do not portray real persons. Full-length content, subscriptions and purchases are provided by third-party platforms such as Sheer, under their own terms.
3. Strictly Prohibited
- Accessing the Site if you are under 18.
- Using any content from the Site to depict minors or real people in sexual contexts.
- Copying, scraping, redistributing or using our content to train AI models without written permission.
- Using the Site for any unlawful purpose or trying to disrupt it.
4. Reporting Content
We have zero tolerance for content involving minors or non-consensual depictions of real people. If you believe anything on the Site breaches these Terms or infringes your rights, email contact@planetutoppia.com and we will review it promptly and remove it where appropriate.

Links to Sheer and other external sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Any purchase or subscription is a contract between you and that platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The images, videos, texts, logos and design of the Site belong to Planet Utoppia and may not be used without permission, except for viewing on the Site.
7. Disclaimer and Liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planet Utoppia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, nor for access by minors in breach of these Terms.
