Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Adults only (18+). This website shows adult-oriented, AI-generated content and is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over.
1. Who We Are
Planet Utoppia X (x.planetutoppia.com) is a gallery that promotes our AI-generated adult content, which is published on third-party platforms such as Sheer. The data controller is PLANET UTOPPIA. Contact: contact@planetutoppia.com.
2. Information We Collect
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested and date/time, recorded automatically in server logs by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
- Age confirmation: when you click "I am 18 or older", a flag is stored only in your own browser (session storage) so the question is not repeated during your visit. It is not sent to us and disappears when you close the tab or browser.
- Contact information: your name, email address and message if you write to us.
This website has no user accounts, does not sell anything and, at the time of writing, does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
3. Sensitive Nature of the Content
Visiting an adult website can reveal information about your sex life or preferences. We do not profile visitors, do not build user records and do not use your visit for marketing. Technical logs are used only for security and are not analysed to infer your interests.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To reply to your enquiries.
- To comply with legal obligations, including handling content or rights-holder complaints.
5. Legal Basis (GDPR)
- Legitimate interests: security and server logs.
- Your request: answering messages you send us.
- Legal obligation: where the law requires it.
6. Third-Party Services
- Hosting provider – stores and serves the website (Hostinger).
- Google Fonts – typography. Your IP address is sent to Google servers when fonts are loaded.
- Sheer – the gallery links to our profile on Sheer, where subscriptions, purchases and age checks are handled under Sheer's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your account or payment data.
7. Data Retention
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and deleted after 12 months of inactivity. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period.
8. Your Rights
You may access, rectify or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, request portability and withdraw any consent given. Email contact@planetutoppia.com. You may also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) or to the authority of your country.
9. Minors
This website is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has contacted us or accessed the site, please let us know at contact@planetutoppia.com.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last revised.
